At Concordia Arts & Music Academy (CAMA), we believe high-quality arts education should be clear, accessible, and tailored to each student’s needs. Our tuition structure is designed to provide flexibility for families while supporting each student’s long-term growth.

 

Enrollment Options​

1. Quarterly Payments (10 lessons)

2. Semester Plan

   • Fall/Winter Semester: September 1 – January 31 (20 lessons)

   • Spring/Summer Semester: February 1 – June 30 (20 lessons)

3. Full-Year Plan

   • September 1 – June 30 (40 lessons)

   • Best value for families committed to year-round progress.

Tuition varies by program, instructor, and lesson length. Please contact us for detailed tuition charts.

• Private Lessons: 30, 45, or 60 minutes per week

• Group Classes: Prices vary by class type and duration

• Ensemble & Workshop Add-ons: Available to enrolled students

What Your Tuition Covers​

Your tuition is more than just the cost of lessons — it’s an investment in a complete music education experience. Tuition includes:

• Weekly lessons with highly qualified faculty

• Customized lesson planning and progress tracking

• Performance opportunities (recitals, festivals, competitions)

• Access to CAMA’s practice rooms, ensembles, and special events

• Use of our online student portal (Opus1.io) for scheduling and communication

We offer secure and convenient payment methods:

1. Check payable to: Concordia Arts Group, Inc.

2. Credit/Debit Card via our Opus1.io platform (processed through Stripe)

 

Missed Lessons & Make-up Policy​

To ensure consistency and fairness for both students and faculty:

• Each student is allowed up to 2 approved cancellations per semester that can be made up.

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to qualify for a make-up lesson.

• Approved travel accommodations: If a family will be away for an extended trip, lessons may be made up before or after the trip or rolled over to the summer term (subject to teacher availability).

• No-shows or late cancellations are not eligible for make-ups.

Early Registration Discounts​

Enroll during our Early Registration period (Aug 11-22) to receive a $45 discount per student.

 

How to Enroll​

1. Fill out the Student Registration Form for each student.

2. Our team will send you an invoice with your selected plan and payment instructions.

3. Once tuition is paid, your lesson schedule will be confirmed.
